Shipping Policy
Once packages ship they are no long the responsibility of BrickMoose. You (the customer) are solely responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by our shipping partners (UPS and USPS) but then damaged/lost/stolen. Under no circumstances is BrickMoose responsible nor is it required to refund your money or replace your purchase. If mail theft is a concern, please add “signature confirmation” when checking out.
Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged packages within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return we require proof of purchase and the item must be shipped in its original box and in original condition. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Once your return is received we will inspect the item and notify you by email of approval or rejection of your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
